How the connection is set up
Wired first. Every cottage desk has a gigabit port. Wi-Fi 6 covers the property for phones and the decks, but your desk does not depend on it.
Low latency, not just bandwidth. Around 28 ms to Mumbai and under half a percent packet loss on our measurements. Raw Mbps is the easy number; this is the one that decides whether a call holds.
Power in two layers. An inverter carries the desks, router and lights with no interruption; the diesel generator takes over for anything longer than a few minutes.
Mobile. Jio and Airtel both work on the property, 4G with 5G in patches. On the ghat road up, expect long dead stretches.

The route, honestly
From Visakhapatnam
115 km · 3.5–4 hrs
Fly into Visakhapatnam International, then a cab via Anakapalle → Narsipatnam → Chintapalli. We arrange a private cab on request and quote it upfront.
By train
Narsipatnam Rd 61 km · Vizag Jn 115 km
Visakhapatnam Junction is far better connected and has taxis at any hour. Narsipatnam Road is closer but sparse.
From Hyderabad
552 km · 10–11 hrs
A long drive. Most people fly to Vizag instead, or break the journey at Rajahmundry.
The last hour
Ghat road · daylight only
The final stretch from Narsipatnam is a hill road with tight bends, and in season the fog cuts visibility badly after dark. Arrive before sunset. Mobile signal drops out on the way up — download your maps at Narsipatnam.
Pack for the cold. November to February the nights sit between 8°C and 12°C and December goes lower. A proper jacket, warm socks, a cap. There is nowhere on the hill to buy them.
