Goal Setting & Coffee
Twenty minutes on the deck with a filter coffee. Everyone says the one thing they want done by Friday. That's it — no round-robin, no updates, no deck.

Nomad life
Enough structure that you don't drift, not so much that it becomes a retreat you have to attend. Everything below is optional. Most people do about half of it, and that's the right amount.
The weekly rhythm
Monday morning, Wednesday night, Thursday demos and Friday lunch. The rest is yours.
Twenty minutes on the deck with a filter coffee. Everyone says the one thing they want done by Friday. That's it — no round-robin, no updates, no deck.
Included
Nothing scheduled, on purpose. The work room stays silent until lunch and nobody organises anything.
Included
Bring the problem you're stuck on. Someone here has hit it before — a distributed systems bug, a pricing page that doesn't convert, a co-founder conversation you're avoiding.
Included
Laptops out around the fire, or not. At 1,000 m with almost no light pollution the sky here is the argument for leaving the city, and it settles most of them.
Included
The week closes over food. Did the Monday goal happen? If not, what got in the way — usually it's meetings, and usually they were avoidable.
Included
4x4 up to the cloud point before first light. On a good December morning you sit above a valley filled edge to edge with fog. Included on the 14 and 30-day passes.
Pass-dependent
A walk down through the coffee estates to the falls, back by mid-afternoon. Grip shoes, not sliders — the rock stays wet most of the year.

Weekend expeditions

Saturday · 05:30 · ~3 hrs
Open-top jeep with a local driver up to the Lambasingi view point. The fog is thickest between 5:45 and 7:00, creating an unforgettable sea of clouds.

Any morning · ~2 hrs
A walk through the working coffee and pepper estates that surround the property, with local tribal farmers. Lambasingi sits in the lush Araku coffee belt.

Sunday · full morning
The cascade on the Gosthani river, 37 km out through scenic mountain curves. Pristine natural swimming spots surrounded by forest.

Most evenings · from dusk
The fire goes on at dusk with live barbecue and tribal delicacies like bamboo chicken. Connect, collaborate, and stargaze in the mountain chill.
Representative images of the region. Distances and timings are approximate and depend on weather — the ghat road closes occasionally in heavy rain.
House rules
A co-working house works or fails on whether anyone actually holds the line. We do, politely, and it is the main reason people come back.
The work room stays quiet until one o'clock. Calls happen in the booths or on the veranda. This is the rule people thank us for.
Everyone here is building something. Nobody is here to be sold to, recruited, or added to a funnel.
Monday goals, Wednesday fire, Thursday demos, Friday lunch. Miss them when you must; skip them all and the community doesn't work.
One kitchen, one fire pit, twelve people. Small place, short rule, no housekeeping following you around.
